We are asking parents of students who require bus transportation to complete this form for the 2024-25 school year.Β COMPLETE THIS FORM ONLY if your student(s) WILL require busingΒ for the comingΒ year.Β Please do not complete this form in the event your child MAY need transportation.Β If you do not require transportation at this time,Β but may in the future, it will be available.Β

*** Please note - Special circumstances (shared parenting, daycare, different address from home) or changes must be made directly to the Transportation Office by completing the β€œAlternate Address -- Bus Request Form” located on the district website on the Transportation home page.
